Poconos Nest & Nook was born from a shared love of hospitality and the magic of the Pocono Mountains. Owners Ashley Melchiorre and Charlie Galletti—East Stroudsburg locals with deep roots in the area—created this cozy escape to help guests reconnect with nature, unwind from city life, and enjoy the simple joy of a stay that feels both elevated and effortless.
Ashley, a hospitality veteran whose first job was at local resort, returned to the Poconos after fifteen years in New York. Her dream? To bring thoughtful, welcoming hospitality back to the mountains she’s always called home. Charlie, a culinary school grad and operations pro, found his way to the Poconos through his partner (and Ashley's childhood best friend) —and never left. Together, they blend design, comfort, and genuine care into every detail of your stay.
Whether they're sipping local brews at ShawneeCraft, catching live music at Sarah Street Grill or visiting the shopping areas in Bartonsville and Tannersville, there is no shortage of activities to enjoy. The Poconos offer something for everyone and Ashley and Charlie are always happy to share their local tips to help you make the most of your visit—whether you're here to hike Bushkill Falls, ski at Shawnee, or simply unplug and nest a while.
